The first promotion is the “Give Me 5+” offer for new clients.
Currently, the Starter Pack (includes three full GP users) costs $5,000. Additional full GP users are $3,000 per user, and the Extended Pack is $10,000.
With this promotion, new clients can license the following:
- Starter Pack (three full GP users) plus two additional full GP users for $6,000, saving $5,000 (45% discount).
- When ordered together, receive a 15% discount on any additional full GP users beyond the two required—saving $450 per user.
- When ordered together, license the Extended Pack for $6,000, saving $4,000 (40% discount).
You can own five full GP users plus 50+ modules of GP functionality for a one-time fee of $12,000 (plus annual maintenance of 18% on SLP).

Microsoft Dynamics GP: No Better Time to Buy
The second promotion is the “No Better Time to Buy” offer for existing clients.
Microsoft has announced that, effective January 1, 2016, Microsoft Dynamics GP user prices will increase across versions and licensing models. If you anticipate needing more users in the next 6 to 12 months, now is the time to buy before prices rise.
Affected license models include MBL Professional and BRL Business Essentials:
- Current price per user: $2,600.
- Price per user as of January 1, 2016: $3,000.
This change will not affect enhancement plan costs for users licensed before January 1, 2016, subject to the Customer Services and Support Plan Policy.
