Highlights of Application and Platform Enhancements in the Acumatica 2018 R1 Release

Usability
- Enhanced notification triggers. Send email notifications whenever data is updated or predefined conditions are met.
- Improved generic inquiries. Easily create, filter, and display generic inquiries to extract just the data you need for reporting and analysis.
- Mobile dashboard improvements. Configure and display any dashboard element directly within the Acumatica mobile app.
Financials
- Companies vs. branches. Define separate legal entities with independent balance sheets and tax reporting, while tracking inter-company transactions across branches and departments.
- Split reclassifications. Allocate portions of a transaction across multiple accounts, subaccounts, or branches in a single reclassification.
CRM
- Flexible quote tracking. Create multiple quotes per opportunity, then convert accepted quotes into sales orders and invoices.
- Salesforce integration. Export leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, items, and prices to Salesforce using predefined scenarios.
Project Accounting
- Change order management. Control scope changes with full documentation, workflows, approvals, and audit trails for revenue and cost budgets.
